Sometimes I wonder about maybe seeking therapy. But problem is, I have no trust for any therapist in this country :S

Probable. Also it doesnt help I have heard some pretty shitty stories here and there. And even though there are also lots of good stories, ... There is the negative bias or whatever.

Here in the US we also frequently hear about hospital staff killing their patients through reckless negligence. But when we need surgery, guess where we go?

Here in Hungary we usually just keep procrastinating going to the doctor, because it will probably get better on its own and then die at 65. And that is for actual physical disease. Why would I seek treatment for just feeling vaguely unhappy? Not like it will kill me. haha
