Sometimes I wonder about maybe seeking therapy. But problem is, I have no trust for any therapist in this country :S

Here in Hungary we usually just keep procrastinating going to the doctor, because it will probably get better on its own and then die at 65. And that is for actual physical disease. Why would I seek treatment for just feeling vaguely unhappy? Not like it will kill me. haha

Snark aside. It really is just so much easier to pretend everything is okaya nd I can deal with it on my own.
