I like mine almost raw so 3 minutes is perfect. 4 for firm, 5 for for hard.

I like to make mine runny and put it on top of hashbrowns or something.

Drop some runny poached eggs on top and dice them up with a knife to pour that yolk through. That’ll be great.

Tiny bit more work, but an open English muffin with sautéed mushrooms and a poached egg on top is delicious. Eggs Benedict is also delicious, just have to make the sauce.pic.twitter.com/xlAFQJObHh

I ate this when
@jondelarroz harassed me by taking me out to brunch. It’s always a good meal to eat when meeting new people, very rich so you want to eat slow and you eat it with fork and knife so you can show off your good table manners!2 replies 0 retweets 1 like
If I’d ordered a burger he would have seen how I really eat and would have left after throwing up.

Thn he'd have loved to watch me mow through a massive Midwestern style breaded tenderloin this morning... I was almost ashamed of myself. Once you start on it, if you put it down the sandwich components just scatter.
