Orange juice and Lowry’s seasoned salt, and just some cheap steaks. Don’t remember the cut. Cheapest in the shop.

cool. i am giving it a shot tonight. i tried some steak in the slow cooker on high and low and they were disasters. cooked but dry as hell even in their own juices. i will try the pressure cooker and then pan frying. i bought chuck steak which i will marinate in pineapple and soy
Soaking throughly in OJ and then frying on high heat did a great job.

Submerge all the steak fully in OJ, 1 hour. Plus rubbing fully before with Lowry’s seasoned salt.
