I have eaten Tim Hortons donuts and I was not overly impressed.

Well no kidding. They're made on an assembly line, frozen and then baked. Their coffee isn't much better. But they're a Canadian staple. We even had a Tim Hortons in our base in Kandahar during the Afghan thing.

Out here that means gas stations and grocery stores. Everywhere has donuts. You walk into a hospital and they’re selling donuts.
