Found a new workout that’s guaranteed to make you wish you were dead. Oblique abs, arms, my entire back, everything is a mess, but in a good way. I can hardly get out of my car without groaning like an old man but it’s a satisfying hurt.

at maximum power as fast as I could for as long as I could. Whenever my lungs burned and my arms felt like lead I paused for 30 seconds and then started again. I don’t know how long I was at it or how many I did, but I have been absolutely wrecked ever since. 2/2
