Feel absolutely horrible. Passed out after dinner and just woke up, still groggy. I’m on day 25 on a perfect run of my 28-day workout program and I can’t miss a day now. Let’s do this.

Good. Long experience has taught me to avoid more than stretching and light cardio when ill or tired. "Powering through" has made me deathly sick more than once.
