I genuinely cannot argue with this logic. All fathers should be teaching their daughters fighting and survival skills because you never know what situation she may one day find herself in.https://twitter.com/MadFatTeacher/status/1023038469377937408 …

If you check that woman’s profile you’ll see she does both.

I wouldn’t say archery is worthless considering it was used effectively for thousands of years. And without access to some equipment, making arrows is far easier for most folks than manufacturing ammunition. Guns reign supreme for sure, but I’d say archery is far from useless.

This is my thinking. Arrows for hunting. Guns for combat. Arrows and bullets are plenty plentiful for sure, but both can be useful. To @roughcoat13’s point guns probably outweigh archery but why not learn both? Versatility is best. Also learn combat and survival skills.

Combat likely 2 occur B4 needing 2 hunt & forage (but get into practice B4 matter of life & death). @roughcoat13 right about limited time & resources. Choose wisely. Food storage comes 1st bc economic shock could happen at any time. All of U should B on my mailing list.
