Did my daily workout with the Home Workout app in my office this morning. Apparently it was abs day and now I know the app is trying to kill me. But I 100% completed the day’s routine and look forward to tomorrow’s pain.

Rapid fire sets with 30 seconds between: first crunches then sitting twists then mountain climbers then heel touches then leg lifts then planking and then repeat the whole thing before stretching. Pretty sure I was shouting profanity at the phone during the second round.
