I will say this... Its good to wear the paro or speak nice about HBCUs, but we need legislation that will provide adequate funding for all HBCUs and initiates that will promote growth of academic and social programs on our campuses... No more shirt wearers

HBCUs have been under assault since their inception. Clearly all level of policy makers need to do more. If they weren’t in congress, HBCU students would likely have suffered even more. I’ve taught children of several members at Howard over the years. Can’t speak to all of them.
