That number means absolutely nothing until these “bans” are incapable of coming back. Make it cost more than a game key or a new account each time they get banned. Close the account via steam if they’re caught cheating.

They can’t just close someone’s Steam acc - that’s not how it works. Iirc they are capable of issuing hardware ID bans.

Until the cheating is stopped, you have to stop the crate / gear sales. Right now, there is a financial incentive to cheat. Remove it. Or don't, and admit that the money is more important than a fair game.
