Cheapest method of mailing something to New Zealand, from US, anyone? No rush, it's fine if it takes a couple weeks to get there.

Not sure if this helps, I have used USPS to mail packages halfway across the world back to Singapore without too many issues. Pricing is quite reasonable if the package is not too large.
Alternatively you can ask shipping department at work for a Fedex price estimate if you have the package dimension and weight. You can state that it's personal and they will bill the cost back to you. It seems to be cheaper with a corporate rate.
