There is no question about it. Carter and Clinton won by doing that.
Oh, dear Jesus. This again? Warren talks about witnessing in the context of her faith. Buttigieg is always going on about it. Booker and Harris talk about being raised in church. Biden's more Catholic than Pius XII. The hell is this about?

You are the only advanced western democracy that demands religious piety in their politicians....no other advanced country asks or cares.

No. Religion IS SEPARATE from government. Anyone arguing otherwise isn't aware of the Constitution and should never talk again about Trump's shredding of constitutional norms.

Since 1973's Roe , Christians have been leaving the democratic party and the party is becoming more extremist in nature (less God oriented) driving even more away. Social Justice of the type being touted is not Christian.

No, they don’t. Most Democrats don’t care. This country isn’t a theocracy. A politician’s faith has no bearing on their ability to do the job.

I could care less about your religion. You can be a good, moral, kind, compassionate, empathetic person without it. I'm athiest. My circle of peeps seem to think I am many of these. So let's not worry about that. Separation of church and state and all.

There are a wide range of Christian theologies and practices in our country, sometimes in severe disagreement, even within a denomination. Some churches promote secular government and pluralism, others theocracy.
