Trump's in the White House, and THIS is his single-minded focus? Religious fervor is a power thing.

Good. Sanity, intelligence, and a respect for science are some of the main things I'll be looking for in a presidential candidate.

Read up on his track record in WA state. We don’t want him here and it is scary to think what he would do at the national level.

He would make a good VP for Kamala, tho. His climate bona fides would complement her Presidency nicely, I think.

I like Inslee but when it comes to climate change, he has a real blindspot for huge new highway projects. He doesn't understand why that is inconsistent.

Look into Northwest Innovation Works. Insley approved a permit to build a new fracked gas pipeline and a methanol Refinery on the shore of the Columbia River in Southwest Washington.

Yeah, how could I have forgotten that. Huge fossil fuel export terminal. He's helped with oil and coal exports, but another huge blindspot for fracked gas.

That coal terminal in in B.C. Canada. The coal is transported via rail.

That's where the pipeline begins, too. The same pipeline that exploded in this town in 1997 and destroyed an RV Park.

Go, Jay! The environment is the single biggest issue of the day. Future water shortages will pit the “haves” against the “have nots” in ways not seen in centuries. Weather disasters will kill/stricken tens of millions. What else matters? We’re gonna’ argue over a stupid wall?

Since we're meeting the goals originally set in the Paris Agreement, maybe he should run for President of China, or India, or any of the other countries that are actually contributing to climate change. We're doing our part already.

No, we aren't doing our part, the Antarctic is still frozen and even the Arctic still has about 30% cover year round. A lot of it has melted, tho'. You might need to expand your sources of climate news.
