What a talent! Her writing is achingly precise but her delivery, on this day, may well carry this generation forward just as the words of Martin Luther King Jr’s “I have a dream” inspired those who can remember the battle for civil rights in the 60’s.

I watched you from France, and I was in tears by the end of your poem. Your words danced and your hands danced too and it was beautiful. I'll show this video to my kids when they're old enough and understand English to show them how words can dance. Thank you.
