    John Waters' self-portrait "John Jr." was on view in our exhibition "What Makes Us Smile," 2010-2011. Best known for his subversive cult films, Waters is also a TV host, writer, journalist, art collector, and visual artist.

    Opening tomorrow Sat. 10/10 our new show “The Science & Mystery of Sleep.” came for a sneak peek today. Look for us as credits roll for the 6pm news. Pictured: A re-creation of Adrian Kellard’a bedroom. When the artist was HIV+, he made his room into a church.

    We're answering the challenge Why, dear public, do YOU think we should exhibit these works of rat erotica, chowing down, and a work by Judith Pond Kudlow ?

    We're going on tour! Museums are struggling, so, in an effort to help, we’re going to pick five museums to host these fine works of art! We’ll be donating $10k to each museum, and $10k to a food bank in their area. Museums can email john@johnoliverhasyourraterotica.com to apply!
