I understand you can't stop false strikes from being a problem @TeamYouTube but there should be an obligation for the claimant to open the counter claims and proceed from there. If the claimant doesn't open the counter within 10 days, they should automatically lose the case

Youtube warns that “ITS FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE ONLY AND ANYONE WHO MISUSES IT WILL FACE LEGAL PUNISHMENT” yet everyone does it anyway because they know youtube doesnt monitor false claims. They clearly dont care either.
