I've been having tons of fun with Leper Gnome OTK Warrior! It's stronger & more consistent than most of the goofy OTK decks I've been playing lately

I’d personally run 2 gnomes, because of milk decks.
I'd just accept the loss vs mill 
Besides Leper Gnome you also have another 4 combo pieces you don't want to mill (cube, emp, umbra & baron). Also, if you put in 2nd gnome you're gonna have to cut some draw or removal that will in turn make the deck much weaker in general
