When Blizz created this "must not offend anyone" standard they sent the clear message to trolls that if they repeatedly portray a character in a perverse way it will be removed. Their trolly reaction will prob be to makes as many characters toxic asap, and Blizz will be forced to

ban a whole lot of beloved emotes and characters, or they'll flip flop on this issue and make themselves look bad, since they spent so many resources on spreading the idea that we should ban all content that MIGHT be offensive to others.

Either way banning Pepe will have accomplished nothing but waste time & create drama. Sorry for the rant, but I've seen way to many people being shamed for using pepe on twitter recently to not say something.

I get your strong feelings, i do. Blizz/riot/etc are trying to reduce toxicity in their games, and thats a great goal! Racists have historically taken things that arent theres and used it for their own goals. But, what can be done when the alt-right uses it for hate? Ignore it?

If Blizz wants a less toxic game they can start by listening to the reports that we the players make everyday and that seem to not be heard most of the time, be it for flaming or an inapropriate user name etc. The problem with banning alt-right characters is that the alt-right
