Why would anyone be “delighted to see something different”? The sentiment makes no sense.
Because I usually have to play against the same 4/5 decks for months... I find it refreshing to play against a new deck. What doesn't make sense there?
The meta is the meta for a reason. People prep for it, practice against it, build for it. Suggesting that people should enjoy a money wrench in that? Kinda goofy. I mean that guy in particular was an absolute dolt, though. Awful play, awful attitude.
How am I throwing a monkey wrench in the meta? I'm playing an old deck with some new cards for a fun grind. It's a goofy deck for sure, I can't argue with that
