      No idea on Zephrys's code so just a stab in the dark but it might be because Lightning Storm couldn't possibly kill the X/4 making it a "suboptimal" card here as it wouldn't clear the whole board 100%.

      I agree. 4hp minion, and even 3hp minions make Zeph reluctant to offer Lightning Storm. When it comes to Zeph, LS should be considered a 3-mana, 2dmg AOE.

      You could remove 7 damage on the board at worst with 4 HP remaining or 11 at best from the board with 8 HP but Zephyrs would rather let you remove 6 and get a 3/4 while leaving you at 3 HP with a scaling murlock, heal for 8 leaving you at 7 HP or freeze the board. It seems wrong
