I'm not sure, but I may have used the shivs earlier in the game for card draw. If you wanted to you could run an extra card as a combo piece instead of both Cold Bloods. I just used them for nostalgia (Leeroy, Shadowstep, Leeroy, Shadowstep, Leeroy then 2x Coldblood) purposes!
