I think they should institute a time ban (1-2 hours) for leavers. Played 7-8 ranked games where it was clearly over but 4 more minutes of time were wasted on someone leaving
That is annoying, but it's hard to punish those players without punishing people that happen to have unstable internet connections, which also isn't ideal. I'd be happy if they just banned people that sent toxic messages after games, and players that have racist/sexist usernames.
