How can any of you seriously even give a shit about WoW lore after Warlords of Draenor? Serious question.
All you nerds acting like bad writing is this big, new thing. It's not- it's always been bad whenever they've moved away from the WC2/WC3 Story.

I have my axes to grind, I’m seeing if they’re the same as yours.

Mostly the AU thing, how interesting stories seemed to come into play and then just... end abruptly. Getting cucked by Thrall, twice. Ogrim dying in a quest line. Ner'zhul being a dungeon boss. The weird shift from killing orcs to demons (thanks Gul'dan).

There's just so many things, from a lore stand point in WoD, that made no sense. Hell, even at the end of HFC- Grommash is all 'hey- can't we all get along' and Yrel just *forgets* he's responsible for how many dead Draenei?

The ol’ “Suddenly Demons” ploy has done wonders for strange Warcraft politics since WC3.

Yeah, but it's pretty tired now.

Also over now because no more demons, technically. Still, “Suddenly Old Gods!” and “Suddenly Scourge!” are still valid options and don’t think for a second I’m not side-eyeing a possible Kel’Thuzad rez.
