Aquilaris is an Outer Rim world not far from Eriadu, Grand Moff Tarkin’s homeworld. It’s a water world featured in the Knight Errant comic series, and has a lot of information about the surrounding planets that I’m happy to borrow for my Age of Rebellion game.

Since it’s a water world, I’m cheerfully fiddling with how the Empire occupies the planet. Walkers might work on Darkknell or Ventruun, but good luck getting an AT-ST to swim! I’m picturing it more like Venice—boats everywhere!

This has the added benefit of allowing me to borrow a bit from James Bond and Indiana Jones for scene material, of course. But I think it’s a fun little idiosyncratic twist to add that’ll really help make the planet my players will be fighting on all the more memorable.
