Sincere question from a straight dude—is the thought “am I ___ enough?” really so pervasive amongst LGBT folks? A lesbian friend of mine was only just saying she wasn’t sure she was fulfilling a set mold or stereotype too. Who sets these standards? Why do folks abide by them?
