Such circumstances will drive anyone nuts...make them lash out. Twitter is what Trump uses when he's angry and has no one there to yell at.
Thus, it's symptomatic. He's angry, he's isolated, he can't control the narrative. And we already knew that. Thus, meaningless.

What you need to be listening for is the next tick of the croc--the next bombshell from the Trump/Russia investigation. That's what matters.
