Spinach, whole garlic, mushroom, with pesto sauce...do I need tomatoes on it?
And stewed or sun-dried?

Fresh for sure. Sun dried are sweet and would through the tastes off to me. Stewed tomatoes are the debils work.
I dunno, fresh from this particular pizzeria usually entails giant discs of too-thick tomato. Stewed produces a smaller, more manageable dice. I’m actually putting thought into, like, the texture here.

hmmm. we might have a different definition of stewed tomatoes. full slice tomatoes don't work very well on pizza. Diced works better overall to me. You get tomato with every bite and not just one big chunk of tomato. But definitely texture is going to be a big factor.

Of fresh; they need to be thin so they don’t water down the
