A metaphor. I’ll be more clear—I’m concerned that this order will not restrain the customers that will be coming into my store, invading my space and asking where something is, because people can come up with all kinds of ideas now of what is and is not ‘essential work’.

I understand everything your saying but if you also noticed the mayors of cities in Utah are saying this has legal backing for example in Salt Lake the mayor said so.
