Now, to clarify—a free and democratic Hong Kong is absolutely worth fighting for and bringing international attention to. Expecting a company that has just doubled its presence in China over a year to not do things to continue doing business in China is completely bananas.

Corporations are in the business of making money. They will do whatever they have to in order to do that. If you want another government to stop being totalitarian dickweasels—don’t call a corporation, call your government. A coherent foreign policy can effect change overseas.
