A lot of people have adult ADHD or a type of ADHD that isn't "I'm so hyper LOOL" and are suffering silently. It's really terrible. And it gives them feelings of failure/like they aren't doing anything because they're constantly thinking about stuff they didn't do! :) Anxiety too!
Wow. I just thought those feelings were just what happened when you live in the 21st Century!

No apparently some people don't have a constant feeling of internal doom and so on! And they don't try to supplement their way to focus and feeling in the zone with coffee etc (aka adderall's affects) constantly. How wild O_____O
