If it makes you feel better, I remember logging into pre-bc launch, seeing tons of dead bodies, then becoming a part of that bone pile. I learned to stay away from major cities pretty quickly.

I remember on Moon Guard (before WrA was even a thing!), the Horde had an RP event where survivors of the Zombie Plague boarded themselves up on Fray Island to escape the undead. Lots happened in the course of that week in 2008...
