    Woke up to a strange noise last night. Lay there trying to figure out what it was and if I should worry. Cat fountain empty and noisy? Something scratching the roof? Someone sawing something?? It was one of my cats purring. For Pete's sake. 🙄

    Twas a happy Easter! Now we're back home, already covered in cat hair, cat #1 still hates #5, TLSO is using all swear words at his disposal because he hates Windows, and I'm trying to locate Brit crime to watch. All is normal.

    I made these brownies for the guests and luckily there are leftovers. I swear they're even better after a day in the fridge (the brownies. Not the guests.). SO. GOOD. 😋 (I borrowed the picture ->)

    Hello! No fever today, but still no appetite. I tried a jaffa cake and it was a) grainy with sugar (don't ask, I have no explanation) and b) extremely orange-peel-tart. I'm fairly certain that's not right.

    Today I had some thawed raspberries. Not as good as the strawberries, but I ate our last strawberries yesterday so had to make do. I'm so, so hungry but just don't feel like eating anything. Maybe tomorrow.
