Lyle Lovett. I knew almost nothing about his music before I saw him in 1996 with his Large Band. The show was fantastic and I've been a big fan ever since.

I saw him the week he messed up his leg all those years ago, and he didn’t cancel the show. He was wheeled out onstage, and stayed seated with his leg elevated in a cage the whole time. Lyle is the man.pic.twitter.com/IWAWmU8At2
