Grad school pro tip: if you can afford one, go get a massage. I just felt months’ worth of deadlines, revisions, exams, and instrument failures melt away from my shoulders

I learned this last year after my shoulder got so tense that I couldn't move it. Standing and sitting was painful. Massages are my amazing new best friends!
