I like Chesa Boubin a lot. That’s why I voted for him with the majority of SF. Good luck changing our minds.

I like keeping the citizens of SF safe, all of them! Does reforming the prison system mean we have to sacrifice the elderly and Asian American members of our community? Find a better way to create reform, one that actually WORKS.

Except that the numbers show crime is down. So your problem is not “this reform” it’s “all reform”.https://www.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/san-francisco/stats-show-crime-in-san-francisco-down-in-2021/2592418/ …

I see you’re easy fooled!! Just downgraded all the charges and now the city is safer. What they can’t hide from are stores such as Target closing earlier or Walgreens leaving town cause theft are up. also can’t hide from increase in auto glass replacements cause of break in.

Don't be fooled by the narrative around the store closures, the reality is that it was a pivot to online businesses and they closed less for instance than they did in nyc or other major cities. Labor law not shoplifting drive the recall.https://twitter.com/adamjohnsonNYC/status/1397617174370476040?s=19 …

Adam H. JohnsonVerified account @adamjohnsonNYCQuick thread on why the “Walgreens closes 17 stores due to shoplifting” narrative numerous outlets reported is extremely thin. Left out of all of these articles is that in Aug 2019, Walgreens announced they were closing 200 stores over the next couple of years anyway https://twitter.com/CitationsPod/status/1397598918129688580 … pic.twitter.com/gUzqmATr7bShow this thread1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
