Those defendants sit in jail, waiting, while others who can pay go free.

Would you suggest that violent crimes and/or crimes of a large degree should have cash only bail? I also agree that it’s wrong for “little crimes (etc) to be required to make bail. I am stuck where I stand on this, because c.a. bail is the only thing keeping my abuser away.
