This is just another attempt to suppress the vote. Vote by mail is vote by mail. No difference, been doing it, it works. They are also barcoded so 1 person 1 vote. Don't be stupid.

To be clear to everyone on this thread. Ballot applications are not the same thing as a ballot. Sending someone a job application to NASA doesn't make them an astronaut. Dems are sending out ballot applications to everyone. You only get a ballot if you ask for it!
