50% into “Dust Bowl Children”, by Wile E. Young (⁦@TexasCthulhu⁩). This dark retelling of Hansel and Gretel is addicting. I am loving the creepy parts in this story. ⁦ @EnPocalypsePubgoodreads.com/book/show/6103

So, I really enjoyed THE MENU. It reminds me of a Bentley Little story. So I’m sure after he watches it we will get a novel called THE RESTAURANT in short order. 😂 Meme of the Day

My newest story “From The Swells” is now available in the DEAD AND BLOATED anthology. I watched too many Nantucket documentaries while writing it.

Well… a storm is coming, are you ready? Should I click publish now… or wait a few days? Hardback on the left, paperback on the right… How will it all end? If this gets 50 RT’s I’ll click the publish now button - if not, then I’ll wait a while longer!

2.) I will miss Jay Wilburn's trademark wit when the clock strikes 12. His isn't the only message I'll look for but won't find. These are the melancholy things. So tonight, strike the balance. Raise a glass to missing friends, and to the triumphs the New Year brings.

1.) Reflecting on the year today. I had three books published this year, several short stories published, my daughter was born... These are all good things. Then my thoughts turn to the Happy New Year message I won't receive tonight.
