In the world we are in, it's such a 'business as usual' situation (sadly) that you just breathe in, breathe out, and move to the next thing. Although in my head, I did regret laughing it off politely like a good little slave to the machine.

Thank you! Yep. Sigh, those things (I am talking specifically about my comment, not what other women had to deal with at Vice) are actually quite minor comparing to various other situations I had to deal with. Treating victims as the problem is sadly typical.
