Interesting isn't it, how the Chinese social credit score narrative is adopted so readily, meanwhile almost no one is inclined to talk about weaponized healthcare access for low-income "at-risk" populations in the West tied to #IoB wearables, EHR and social-prescribing protocols.

I think it's fair to criticize both. It's fair to say that social credit is horrible, and it's fair to say that IoT and IoB are horrible. Both statements are true, and we need all hands on deck. It's possible to throw wrenches in the robot's gears from different ends. :)

What I'm saying is that I'm not seeing a critique of anything like that in the west, even though social prescribing has been in place for quite a few years in the UK.

I know!! I went through that phase when I just started researching Big Tech and transhumanism. Also when I screamed from the rooftops about how Google ate musicians, and no one cared. It hurt! And then I realized that people walk this path on own terms, and it's okay.

What I think it's coming down to for me at this point in time is what is going to be the most effective angle at helping people understand what is really happening and that what is happening is decidedly *not* ok (wo them perceiving it as an "attack" on them).

I'm trying to go back and work the ed-tech for kids angle and data-profiling (including health data) in schools.

It seems like so much of everything else that's on people's radar these days is like a mine-field. If you step on one of the mines people's receptivity is blown to smithereens and then good luck even being heard by them!

Importantly, we don't own other people, just like they don't own us. It is a dance and a mystery. Sometimes we can convince others, sometimes we can't, but it remains a dance of free will in any case. That is kind of the point of everything.

Yes, I agree, but w the caveat that as that creep WEF 'future-historian' says, "humans are hackable animals". If someone's been 'hacked', then is it really their free will? If not might it be necessary to do a "counter-hack" & insert ur own lines of code to try to rebooot them?

Top transhumanists are insufferable, no doubt. But the essence of it is the same as it's always been. The only way I know of to resist the "hacking" is spiritual strength. That requires a lot of work, trauma needs to be dealt with, and so on. All a great mystery!
