God, How did you find this? I've been trying to find articles from before the about face on masks in April of last year (cause I remember reading a lot of them) and thought they completely disappeared from the internet!
This dangerous and misleading article from 2003 was tweeted by one of the crazy conspiracy theorists. Obviously.
