The care in UK was already struggling, paying the minimum wage, fast staff turn over, attracts abusers. This then becomes the 'norm' to keep the 'care home' going. Management will cover and defend abuse, to keep and attract staff. #FailedSystem #Abuse4Profits #ChallengePoorCare
When the dust settles, 2020 will be remembered as the year when the govs mandated elder abuse. Can you imagine living up to an old age in a free country and then finding yourself locked up like a criminal, with no voice & no agency allowed? I still can't believe it's real.
