In early Soviet Union, authorities came up with the concept of "enemies of the people." You know, "those" people, subhuman, selfish, dangerous. Psychological transition to totalitarian mentality doesn't take long, you just need repetition by reputable sources & pressure to obey.

That was not at all what I was expecting but still a great watch. English subtitles are decent. A little fast for arelow brain I had to pause it a few times.
I absolutely love that film. I conveys the vibe and the absurdity so well.
