I don't mean respecting the free will of somebody who is trying to get into your house kill you, that being a literal exception to the rule. The word "literal" is important. 2/

I've been in situations of literal violence. I didn't want to die, so I negotiated and then ran. So absolutely, when your life or your bodily integrity are on the line, you do you what you need to do in the moment to remain alive and untouched. 3/

However, in the absence of a personal experience of being under a literal threat, mind can play games, and there is a great danger of misinterpreting one's feeling of "self" and then most sincerely fighting to defend an emotional ghost, as if it's you. 4/

Politicians and high end corporate marketers know that, and they use our hunger for respect and our emotional vulnerabilities to distract us from any semblance of a clear vision or inner strength. They channel our instincts to where we feel a lot and solve nothing. /5

I strongly disagree with banning speech or deplatforming "misinformation" (really, anything that contradicts the talking points of an incredibly impure and rotten establishment). It is not right. It is the opposite of being on the right side of history. Mark my word. 6/

There is no moral goodness attached to silencing another person's thinking. I am less interested in the logistical aspects of it as I am in existential ones. When a "good guy" acts like a bully, he no longer is a "good guy"! It's Yin and Yang, an ever changing order.
