I am becoming more and more convinced that the reason why so many even super highly educated people cling to their echo chambers for their dear lives and refuse to process anything unfamiliar is because it feels too damn scary to be a non-affiliated human being in the wild.
But as history shows, unsubstantiated echo chambers eventually go to hell. Clinging to the beauty of the world in all of its complexity and choosing not to pray to corporate villains (even if say sweet lies) is much more pleasant!!
