For the record, I am of the naive opinion that "our" bullshit is as bad as "their" bullshit, that bullying is a toxic method of achieving goals even if they're initially noble (because, look at history), and that the only way to solve problems as a community is to talk sincerely.
"I have not read this author but I wholeheartedly condemn him." That approach was laughed out of the room as lame, square, dysfunctional, stale, and toxic, by the early 90s. It will be laughed out of the room again, by today's 20-y.o.'s grandchildren. But why repeat it?!
I am also of the opinion that corporate and state marketers are messing up normal human communication so that we get lost in the unhealed language, never get to healing, and can never solve problems in earnest. Any self-respecting evil manager would do just that.
