A story. I was at a phone store recently, and when I asked the store employee a question, he wanted to show me the device and accidentally set off the alarm. My first thought was, "I wonder if their face rec AI will think it's ME who set it off & put me on the danger list."

Oh the store employee was super sweet, he was just trying to help me. So I thanked him and said "no worries." But in my mind, I was worried about malfunctioning face rec AI. When in Rome .... I mean when in a dystopian society...
