Can we have a law that bans psychopaths from positions of power? Or make it mandatory to test surveillance tech on top leadership for a few years before applying it to peasants? No? Why?

Here is an idea I have been proposing IN JEST: Introduce a concept called "empathy coefficient." Pretend that it can be measured. Make all people in position of power wear a sensor 24/7 that tracks their empathy. Make it impossible for psychopaths to stay employed.

If this sounds like an insane, insulting idea... it is because it is an insane, insulting idea. An idea that is equally insulting when applied to low level workers. The reason surveillance tech is so "hot" is because we have psychologically damaged people in positions of power.
