Don't get me wrong, individual assholes are obviously a problem regardless of what camp they belong to and they need to be contained on a case by case basis. That's a given. But the format of every conversation is designed for vanity and distraction, not for solutions. Dangerous.

I have been arguing for several years now how it is more important than ever to be polite and to do things properly. You can not get anybody to hear what you are saying at all if you are cursing and insulting them.
